At CleveryAI LIMITED, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital automation services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services (custom development, consulting, SaaS), the following return and refund policy applies:

1. Service-Based Work (Custom Development, Consulting, Integration)

1.1. Non-Refundable Milestones

All payments made for completed project milestones or delivered work are non-refundable once the client has approved the delivery or 5 working days have passed without written objection.

1.2. Dissatisfaction or Dispute

If you are not satisfied with the service delivered, please contact us at support@cleveryai.com within 5 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where justified, may:

• Revise or improve the deliverable

• Offer partial refund (at our discretion)

• Provide credit for future work

Refunds will not be considered if the dissatisfaction is due to:

• Changes in the client’s original requirements

• Delays caused by the client

• Third-party software or systems failures

2. SaaS Subscriptions (AI Tools, Automation Platforms)

2.1. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel any time during the trial period without being charged.

2.2. Paid Subscriptions

We offer no refunds on monthly subscriptions after the renewal date. For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund may be considered only if:

• There is a technical failure on our part that cannot be resolved

• The service is permanently discontinued

To request cancellation or refund, email support@cleveryai.com with your account ID and the reason for the request.

3. Digital Products and Licenses (e.g. Scripts, APIs)

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital goods, no refunds are granted once the digital product or license key has been delivered.

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend your account and services

• Report the issue to payment processors and agencies

• Pursue legal action, if applicable
